I am pretty sure that you need all the requirements before getting a rank. If you miss one of the requirements you dont get the rank. Sorry $entine1 dont mean to be a downer but if I am worng then I'll eat my claymore.

So for 3 star, you need to be a 2 star first. You cant go from Colonel to 3 star. Should have spent more time in tank than J10 Razz

I almost didn't get that one DVS. It didn't save to my folder when I pressed printscreen but it was still on the clipboard so I got it.
