just thought i start one for culinary questions of our inhouse Chef

Darkman gave me the idea as hes looking at cookin cod 4 dinner... i dont see anything wrong with the beer batter idea dark as long as u have enough beer for ron... bit of coopers pale ale and some fish belisimo

im a big fan of crusting, rather than battering or crumbing :]

so mebe Panko crusted COD4 for dinner.

well while @ work one of me flatmates decided it would be a good idea to freeze my fresh fish 4 a later date!!!!! 'panko' crusted? please expl;ain , im guessing its still flour then egg then...? my old bud was a head chef in town, he would always completely loose me with his cheffy terms, food is such a science now days, im not a kitchen nOOb but i aint no ramsay either.

yep mate seasoned flour > eggwash > > rolled in panko crumbs, its like a chinese bread crumb, bit more coarse andd a lil sweeter :]
